🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end execution on your team's roadmap
• Guide architecture and design decisions for reliability
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Clinical teams
• Hire, develop, and foster a culture of ownership and learning

📋 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience managing software engineers
• Strong engineering foundation with hands-on background
• Experience leading teams building production web/cloud applications
• Excellent execution and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in healthtech or regulated environments
• Familiarity with radiology workflows or clinical systems
• Led teams working with ML/AI systems in production
