Description

As the head of our Commercial New Business team for DACH, you will lead and coach account executives to acquire new customers and set the long-term strategy for Stripe's growth in the market. You'll work directly with users and prospects to navigate complex organizations and make payments a competitive advantage for their businesses.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant sales experience
• Track record leading sales teams to success in ambiguous environments
• Experience forecasting and managing a high-growth business for multiple quarters
• Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team
• High professional fluency in German and English

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of sales professionals for the Commercial segment in DACH
• Develop long-term vision and strategy, managing day-to-day operations against key sales metrics
• Drive revenue growth and new client acquisition with high growth rates
• Coach the team in consultative and solution-based sales skills throughout the sales cycle
• Build and maintain enduring customer relationships up to C-level
