You will welcome clients and families into our virtual behavioral health program, provide care coordination and customer service, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure an unparalleled treatment experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years customer/patient success or support role experience
  • 1-2 years Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
  • 1-2 years contact center technology experience
  • Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts, resolving patient/family concerns
  • Act as liaison between patients and internal teams (Admissions, Billing, etc.)
  • Identify gaps in treatment attendance and proactively resolve issues
  • Communicate aftercare resources and schedule follow-up appointments
  • Complete documentation accurately and meet KPIs (call answer rates, satisfaction scores)
