Description

You will lead enterprise-wide AI and technical education initiatives, operating with product management rigor to build scalable learning experiences that accelerate AI adoption and responsible use. This role blends strategy, program management, and team leadership to drive measurable impact across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, product management, learning development, or technical enablement.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Strong understanding of modern product and agile practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Set direction, prioritization, and long-term value of AI learning as a product.
• Execute AI learning strategy and program plan aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Define and track success metrics such as literacy, engagement, adoption, and applied impact.
• Navigate and influence across matrixed organization to deliver cohesive AI education plan.
• Partner with Functional, HR, Change Management, and Business leaders to ensure learning is practical.
• Lead quarterly planning, delivery rhythms, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate progress and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Manage and develop a cross-functional AI education team.
• Own vendor relationships, learning platforms, and content strategy.
• Integrate platform and content decisions into enterprise AI platform strategy.
• Partner with VP of AI Enablement on budget optimization.
