This involves developing tools for session preparation, structured note-taking, and real-time playbooks, as well as making care quality measurable through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years developing user-facing web applications delivering business value
• Production experience with Python and/or JavaScript
• Excellent at managing ambiguity and breaking down complex problems
• Experience with technical tradeoff decisions across teams
• Growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality features with React, Python, and PostgreSQL
• Set strong engineering patterns for the growing team
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data modeling decisions
• Collaborate with product and design to iterate on product solutions
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure client access to care
