💼 About This Role

You'll join NFQ as a core tech partner for HomeToGo, building and scaling the payment ecosystem for a global vacation rental marketplace. Working in a hybrid platform team, you'll bridge complex financial logic with seamless user experience, influencing product roadmap and technical discovery. You'll take ownership of high-volume payment services and collaborate across the full stack, from cloud infrastructure to data engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Product Managers to shape the payment roadmap
• Lead implementation of global payment gateways (Adyen, Checkout.com)
• Build and maintain payment services with PHP 8.4 and Symfony 7.4
• Use Kibana, Grafana, New Relic to identify performance trends

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of backend development experience ideally with PHP/Symfony
• Ability to debate technical trade-offs with PMs and senior devs
• Strong interest or experience in payment processing or financial systems
• Fluent English and flexibility for hybrid work in Kaunas

• Experience with Adyen or similar PSPs
• Background in KYC/onboarding flows
• Experience with K8s and Docker environments
