You'll manage visual merchandising and store operations for ALO's Florence location. You'll drive sales through strategic product placement and team leadership. This role offers the chance to impact a growing brand in a historic city.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute visual merchandising changes per company directives
• Plan floor changes with management team using payroll and zone needs
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, and inventory control
• Coach and provide feedback to associates to drive growth

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision making
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift
• Proof of right to live and work in Italy
