Description

You will own end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. You'll work closely with accounting, HR, and revenue operations to maintain accurate data flow and support reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of payroll experience with exposure to payroll accounting
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling tech company
• Deep hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end US payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt employees in a multi-state environment
• Serve as primary point of contact with ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and troubleshooting
• Execute payroll for commissions in partnership with Revenue Operations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
• Prepare payroll journal entries and support monthly close activities
