Description
You will own the strategy and execution of critical partnerships across payment rails, banking partners, USD ramps, and cross-border infrastructure, focusing on the US and EU ecosystem while operating across LATAM corridors. This highly cross-functional, execution-driven role involves leading RFPs, negotiating commercial terms and SLAs, driving partner integrations, and ensuring measurable impact on cost, reliability, scalability, and growth.
Requirements
- Experience across US, EU, and LATAM payments and financial ecosystem
- Strong end-to-end ownership from inception to delivery
- Excellent negotiation skills (pricing, SLAs, incentives, commercial terms)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Deep expertise with US/global payments providers (e.g., Bridge, BVNK) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own strategic partnerships end-to-end: identify, evaluate, and close strategic providers and develop long-term partner roadmaps
- Lead commercial negotiations and SLAs: negotiate pricing, fee structures, rebates, incentives, and volume tiers
- Run RFPs and vendor selection: lead end-to-end RFP lifecycle including requirements, scorecards, diligence, and selection
- Coordinate with Procurement and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth vendor onboarding
- Drive partner integrations and ensure measurable impact on cost, reliability, scalability, and growth
