🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of engineers building messaging infrastructure and automation workflows
• Own technical strategy and roadmap for high-volume messaging systems
• Oversee Flow Builder, campaign delivery engines, and core messaging platform components
• Manage on-call operations, incident response processes, and postmortems

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering leadership experience managing engineers and technical teams
• Proven experience leading teams responsible for large-scale, high-volume distributed systems
• Strong background in platform engineering or internal developer platforms
• Experience managing operational excellence, including on-call rotations and incident management
