  • Analyze subscriber portal actions to reduce churn
  • Evaluate historical campaigns to inform new promotions
  • Develop customer loyalty segmentation for targeted campaigns
  • Identify LCM opportunities to increase revenue and retention

  • Hands-on experimentation and segmentation analysis
  • Cohort analysis and A/B testing experience
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
  • Ability to translate disparate data into actionable insights
