You'll shape how Parafin's products look, feel, and work, partnering with product and engineering to design end-to-end product experiences for B2B fintech tools. You'll turn complex workflows into intuitive interfaces that support small business growth through platforms like DoorDash and Amazon. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end product experiences for new features and improvements.
• Turn complex workflows into intuitive, elegant interfaces.
• Partner with product managers to explore ideas and define product directions.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and well-implemented.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing consumer-facing products.
• Comfortable owning UX, UI, and interaction design across complex systems.
• Strong product thinking connecting user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing products in fintech, payments, or financial tools.
• Data visualization or information design skills.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems in Figma.
