Description

As a Senior Partner Specialist, you will drive partner awareness and channel new business for MongoDB by engaging with Global System Integrators in the ASEAN region. You'll develop partner strategies, recruit and nurture partners, and collaborate with sales teams to exceed booking objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years quota-carrying experience selling through GSIs
• Experience operating in Singapore and Southeast Asia markets
• Proven ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
• Deep knowledge of GSI partner organizations across multiple regions
• History of achieving and exceeding sales quotas through GSI partnerships

• Drive value for sales team by engaging with Global System Integrators
• Develop and execute strategic GSI partner strategy for ASEAN region
• Recruit, nurture, and empower partners for growth
• Prospect, identify, qualify, and grow sales pipeline through partners
• Lead engagement initiatives to enhance partners' sales and delivery capabilities
