🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies with TA Specialists
• Manage job postings on boards, social media, and communities
• Maintain sourcing playbook to document best practices
• Configure and optimize ATS (Ashby) for notifications and templates
• Aggregate candidate data from multiple channels into a unified database

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of talent sourcing experience
• Proven ability to engage passive candidates effectively
• Familiarity with IT recruitment market and candidate profiles
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment automation tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with non-traditional candidate channels
• Data-driven approach and critical thinking
• Intermediate+ English
