💼 About This Role

You'll work on customer success and solutions engineering for Pinecone's vector database platform. You'll help prospects and customers implement AI applications at scale. This entry-level role offers deep exposure to AI/ML and direct impact on product direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as technical point of contact for customers from evaluation to production.
• Understand customer architectures and influence product roadmap.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality technical support.
• Partner with Sales on technical discovery and product demos.
• Contribute to tooling, integrations, documentation, and internal workflows.

📋 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Ability to explain APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with embeddings, similarity search, recommendation systems, and RAG.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.

✨ Nice to Have

• SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Retool or Datadog.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
