Description

In this role, you'll serve as the primary technical advisor and advocate for Bitmovin's Media Entertainment OTT customers in the ANZ region. You'll drive product adoption, manage integrations, optimize media workflows, and identify expansion opportunities to grow revenue while collaborating with global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Experience in technical account management, customer success, or solutions engineering
• Experience with OTT, cloud streaming, or media delivery platforms in Media Entertainment
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and streaming technologies
• Strong understanding of streaming protocols (HLS, DASH, CMAF), DRM, CDN, and video analytics

Responsibilities

• Own strategic OTT customer relationships as primary technical and commercial contact
• Drive product adoption, onboarding, and successful integration of cloud streaming services
• Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
• Troubleshoot streaming workflows, encoding pipelines, and delivery performance
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Partner teams to resolve issues and maximize customer value
