Description

You will build and lead a team of Security Engineers to secure Ripple's products, infrastructure, and corporate IT systems, defining the security strategy and embedding security into the technology stack.

Requirements

• 12+ years in security engineering with 5+ years in leadership
• Expert-level knowledge of security architecture in cloud environments
• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and secure coding
• Experience with authentication standards (OAuth, SAML, OIDC)
• Demonstrated expertise in IT security and threat modeling

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision and roadmap for Security Engineering team
• Lead, mentor, and strengthen a team of security engineers
• Serve as security domain expert and communicate risks to senior leadership
• Drive implementation of security guidelines across engineering
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and IT leadership on security priorities
