💼 About This Role

You'll translate long-form investigative journalism into short-form, vertical video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms. Your work will help bring Pulitzer Prize-winning reporting to new audiences through on-screen narration and creative video production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create short-form video content grounded in journalistic ethics
• Collaborate with reporters and editors to identify compelling video stories
• Own end-to-end production including scripting, editing, and graphics
• Serve as on-screen narrator/host for explainer and host-led content

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of video journalism or content production experience
• Fluency in storytelling for social platforms with text, voice-over, or direct-to-camera
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Figma
• Strong writing and editing skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with WoodWing digital asset management system
• Knowledge of media rights and copyright permissions
• Experience in a newsroom or media organization
