💼 About This Role

You'll provide ongoing care to frail seniors as a regulated Health Care Aide on an interprofessional team. You'll monitor and report client status changes and deliver prescribed medications. This role offers flexible casual shifts and the chance to work in supportive complex care environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and report client status changes to RN/LPN
• Deliver prescribed medications accurately per policy
• Lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed
• Maintain professional and ethical standards

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an Alberta Government recognized Health Care Aide program
• Active registration with CLHA
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
