You will provide high-quality product support to Dutch-speaking Klaviyo customers via email and live chat, developing in-depth platform knowledge and resolving both technical and non-technical issues. Your work directly helps EMEA businesses scale using Klaviyo.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Dutch language skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work weekends (Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu)
- 1+ years customer-facing experience troubleshooting software/SaaS issues
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts simply
- Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced environment meeting KPIs
Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform
- Provide high-quality product support via email and live chat
- Diagnose software issues and resolve customer complaints
