You'll formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory in Singapore, focusing on new customer acquisition for MongoDB's database platform. Your core impact will be driving revenue growth and closing business to meet quarterly and annual bookings targets. This role stands out with comprehensive Sales Bootcamp training and accelerators up to 30%.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline.
- Close business to meet monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives.
- Build strong relationships with accounts for growth opportunities.
- Work with Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction.
๐ Requirements
- BA/BS required.
- 8+ years field experience with quota-carrying in Singapore market.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).

- Familiarity with databases, open source technology.
- Experience with Channels Ecosystems of ASEAN.
