💼 About This Role

You'll identify where AI can create leverage across internal systems and build AI-powered tooling for Corporate IT Engineering. You'll embed AI into platforms and workflows that keep Bandwidth running. This infrastructure role offers deep AI focus on a collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and extend existing AI platforms and tooling
• Architect internal API layers and shared services for AI workflows
• Identify and build AI-powered tooling for the IT engineering stack
• Develop proof-of-concepts for AI-augmented internal workflows

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered platforms including RAG and prompt engineering
• Expert-level knowledge of AI infrastructure including model serving and MLOps
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for building internal services
• Strong AWS experience with core services (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Familiarity with enterprise IT or infrastructure engineering environments
• Experience building internal developer platforms or shared API services
