You'll operate and maintain 3D printers, fabricate parts, and support mechanical assembly for rapid prototyping. You'll keep labs organized and functional, moving between multiple engineering spaces. This role is key to advancing autonomous drone technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain SLA and FDM printers
• Fabricate and finish parts using shop tools
• Perform mechanical assembly of drone hardware
• Install and maintain lab and shop infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with 3D printing
• Experience using shop tools such as saws and drill presses
• Experience with mechanical assembly of multirotors or RC aircraft
• Ability to proactively identify priority tasks in a fast-paced lab

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with machining tools like manual or CNC mills
• Basic soldering, wiring, or cable harnessing
• Experience with CAD tools such as Fusion
