Description

You will work with strategic energy clients to solve business-critical problems using Process Intelligence and AI technologies, from prototyping to implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements within the Energy sector.
• Deep understanding of Energy business processes (Asset Management, Field Services, Supply Chain, Capital Projects, or Trading).
• Expertise in generative AI techniques like RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, or fine-tuning.

Responsibilities

• Understand energy customers' AI strategy and sector-specific challenges, translating requirements into innovative solutions.
• Drive full customer lifecycle: lead technical discovery and demonstrations pre-sale, guide implementation post-sale.
• Rapidly build creative prototypes in customer hackathons using cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Support customers in achieving ROI from AI deployments, enabling shift to autonomous AI agents.
• End-to-end execution of Proof-of-Value projects, delivering secure LLM/agent systems with RAG and guardrails.
