Description

You will oversee the meal-sealing process during your shift, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency while supervising the sealing team and coordinating with adjacent teams to meet production targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating or supervising food packaging/sealing equipment preferred
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train sealing machine operators
• Monitor sealing process for quality and food safety
• Ensure correct operation and perform pre-shift equipment checks
• Coordinate workflow with upstream and downstream teams
• Complete shift logs and incident reports
