💼 About This Role

You'll own mechanical systems development for rotorcraft and complex systems at a defense tech company. You'll drive designs from concept to low-rate production, collaborating across disciplines. Lattice OS and AI-powered autonomy are at the core of the platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own mechanical systems development from concept to production
• Lead technical efforts to define requirements and verify systems
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and mechanical disciplines
• Conduct design reviews and hardware test plans

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional technical engineering experience
• Proven CAD skills (NX preferred) and engineering drawings
• Strong engineering fundamentals in structures, fluids, thermal, mechanisms
• MATLAB/Simulink/Simscape experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in NX/Teamcenter
• GD&T application
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-810G
