Description

You will provide legal counsel and advice on procurement, EPC, and O&M matters for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects. You'll draft and negotiate key agreements, support project teams, and work with internal stakeholders to improve contracting processes.

Requirements

• JD from prominent law school and active bar license
• 7+ years relevant experience at major law firm or in-house
• Experience with construction, procurement, and O&M for utility-scale renewable projects
• Business acumen and commercial judgment
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on EPC, O&M, and procurement matters
• Draft and negotiate EPC, O&M, turbine/module supply agreements
• Advise asset management and project teams on legal issues
• Supervise outside counsel
• Support continuous improvement of contracting processes
