You'll lead project controlling for complex building projects at a tech-based construction company. You'll drive strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring transparency for management decisions. This role offers the chance to shape processes and tools in a dynamic, sustainability-focused environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple projects
• Manage project KPIs, target-actual comparisons, and risk assessments
• Develop and enhance management reports and ad-hoc analyses
• Support offer preparation with economic evaluations and approvals

📋 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, civil engineering, or industrial engineering
• Several years of project controlling experience, ideally in construction
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, iTWO)
