Description
You will shape Agoda's presence in the Chinese flights market through third-party partnerships. You'll lead commercial negotiations with airline partners, define growth strategies, and act as the market expert, working closely with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to drive long-term success.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial negotiations with airline or travel partners
- Strong understanding of the Chinese flights market and OTA landscape
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and legal teams
- Strategic thinking and end-to-end ownership of partnerships
- Proven track record in driving growth and profitability
