💼 About This Role

You'll lead the technical delivery of Bloomreach Product Discovery implementations for enterprise e-commerce clients. You'll act as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding and complex enhancement projects, ensuring successful go-live and measurable business value. You'll collaborate across time zones to support customers primarily in EMEA and APAC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical implementation of Bloomreach Discovery from kickoff to go-live
• Consult clients on product feed integration and validate feed data
• Guide pixel/tracking integration for behavioral events
• Coordinate with internal teams for quality assurance and troubleshooting

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in a technical services or implementation consulting role in SaaS/e-commerce
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HTTP/REST APIs
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or commercetools

• Experience with search/recommendation technologies like Solr or Elasticsearch
• Familiarity with Bloomreach product suite
