Requirements

• 3+ years managing teams that shipped and operated Data Products/Data Warehouses/Big Data Infrastructure
• Proven success in recruiting and building great teams
• Extreme customer focus and effective cross-functional collaboration
• Technical acumen to drive clarity on architecture and strategic decisions

Responsibilities

• Deliver cutting-edge data pipelines focusing on reliability and efficiency
• Lead and manage a team of engineers providing mentorship and guidance
• Drive execution of key reporting initiatives from planning to delivery
• Collaborate with product managers and leaders to create shared roadmap and drive adoption of canonical datasets
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture, design, and incident response
