💼 About This Role

You'll sit at the intersection of product engineering and customers, co-developing AI skills and prototypes to help sustainability teams measure and decarbonize physical goods. You'll drive real scope 3 decarbonization by embedding directly with strategic customers on our flagship Product Footprints solution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with product/engineering teams and customers to drive Product Footprints adoption
• Co-develop agent skills, prompts, and workflows for new use cases
• Build AI-assisted scripts and prototypes solving novel sustainability problems
• Close feedback loop between customers and product teams

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in a technical or customer-facing role
• Experience with AI tooling and building products with LLMs
• Fluent with data tools (Excel, SQL, Python)
• Proficiency in sustainability or supply chain topics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with prototype quality code and fast iteration
• Willingness to travel onsite to customers up to 25% of the time
• Ability to tell compelling stories with data
