You'll join a research lab building AI Humans, working on the Tavus Platform. You'll own delivery of platform features from ideation to launch, shaping product direction with design and product leadership. This role offers real ownership in a fast-moving startup with high ambiguity and autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Jump into the React codebase and own platform feature delivery
• Work closely with design, research, and product teams
• Contribute across the full product stack as needed

📋 Requirements

• Experience on multiple consumer-facing products
• Strong design and UX taste with ability to defend it
• Senior mindset: sets direction, owns decisions, ships consistently
• Thrives in autonomous, fast-moving startup environments
