You'll serve as the primary point of contact for incident resolution and drive process improvement for Axonius's global customer base. Your core impact is ensuring high-quality technical support through meticulous troubleshooting and proactive knowledge sharing.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage full lifecycle of technical support tickets with follow-ups and documentation
  • Author and maintain knowledge-base articles and troubleshooting guides
  • Analyze ticket patterns and provide feedback on process improvements

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of Technical Support experience in software or technology
  • Troubleshooting networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, and firewall rules
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and Linux Shell environments
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into written B2B documentation

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with TLS/SSL certificates and SAML authentication
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Docker
