You'll support planning and facilitating daily activity programs for elderly participants, enhancing their physical, cognitive, and social well-being. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and facilitate daily activity programs for participants.
• Engage participants in group and one-on-one activities.
• Monitor participant engagement and ensure safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for holistic care.
• Prepare activity materials and maintain organization of supplies.

📋 Requirements

• One year experience supporting a social or recreational program for frail or elderly.
• Two years experience working with frail or elderly.
• Working knowledge of physical, psychosocial, and behavioral needs of elderly.
• Creative abilities to plan and implement varied activities.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese.
• Education or training in geriatrics and dementia programming.
• Valid CA driver's license and personal transportation.
