Description

You will perform custom development tasks and provide technical support for InterSystems healthcare applications. Responsibilities include software customization, troubleshooting, documentation, and on-site training. You will collaborate with clients and project managers to ensure software meets specifications.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and web-oriented languages
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and database methodologies
• Ability to design and write technical documents
• Willingness to travel and work outside office hours

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients on enhancement requests and new reports
• Develop and support software customizations (JavaScript, interfaces, reports, data migration)
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and performance analysis
• Produce technical documentation and training materials
• Participate in on-site implementations and 24-hour support service
