You'll act as the strategic partner to the Global Chief Customer Officer at Navan, driving customer lifecycle initiatives that impact over 85% of revenue. You'll lead high-stakes projects and executive-level communications to scale customer operations.

- Serve as right hand to the CCO, prioritizing revenue-impacting opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for customer expansion and retention
- Synthesize dashboards and KPIs to provide actionable recommendations
- Own operating rhythm: staff meetings, QBRs, and project tracking
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or high-growth tech
- Proven partnership with C-suite/CXO leaders
- Analytical skills with SaaS tools like Salesforce, ThoughtSpot
- Track record of thriving in ambiguous environments
