Description

You will join a tight-knit IT team focused on maintaining and improving network infrastructure, ensuring operational stability and efficiency. You'll manage software patching, upgrades, backups, and support global infrastructure operations while documenting troubleshooting runbooks.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in an IT networking role
• Ability to work with limited oversight
• Experience with WAN/LAN/Firewall/Wireless systems, especially Cisco and Palo Alto
• Knowledge of network technologies such as SNMP, BGP, LACP, 802.1q
• Knowledge of hosting and virtualization (VMware, Windows Servers, Ubuntu, Dell Open Manage)

Responsibilities

• Maintain software patching, upgrades, and backup processes for all network devices
• Provide support for infrastructure operations globally, troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Create technical documentation and runbooks to reduce incident resolution time
• Review and analyze existing systems to develop strategies for improvement
