You'll support internal customers across all business divisions by purchasing materials and services. Your work will help ensure the procurement process remains efficient and cost-effective. This temporary role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of lifestyle apparel brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Initiate purchase orders and manage their administrative lifecycle.
• Follow up on purchase orders, tracking numbers, and backorders.
• Obtain quotes, analyze bids, and recommend contract awards.
• Coordinate with Finance team for month-end closing process.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher required (Bachelor's preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in purchasing, inventory control, or accounting.
• Foundational understanding of purchase order process and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and aptitude for enterprise systems like Oracle.
