You'll lead a portfolio of high-value B2B paid media accounts, driving performance and strategy across channels like Google and LinkedIn. You'll act as the bridge between executive vision and execution, ensuring scalable, high-impact media programs that align with client business outcomes. You'll manage a team of media directors and buyers, fostering predictable pipeline contribution.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own performance outcomes across a portfolio of multi-channel B2B paid media clients
- Oversee full-funnel B2B paid media strategies across Google, LinkedIn, Programmatic, ABM
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and forward-looking growth strategies for top clients
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of media leaders and practitioners
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years experience in paid media, with at least 5 in B2B
- Proven track record managing multi-channel B2B campaigns with budgets of $5M+
- Experience leading and developing teams of 5+ media professionals
- Client leadership experience, including QBRs and executive presentations

- Experience with ABM intent data platforms and predictive lead scoring
- Background in agency or consulting environment
- Familiarity with nova or similar proprietary analytics platforms
