You'll lead underground drain and sewer field operations for a growing utility contractor. Your core impact is ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality job sites while directing crews and communicating with customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily sewer repair, drain cleaning, and excavation operations
• Enforce OSHA safety standards including trenching and confined space requirements
• Lead and mentor field crews through hands-on coaching
• Complete daily job reports and compliance documentation

📋 Requirements

• Underground utilities, sewer, or excavation experience required
• OSHA-10 certification required
• Clean driving record required
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and perform physically demanding work

• Prior Foreman or supervisory experience
• Experience with Vactor trucks and related equipment
• CDL license preferred
