🎯 What You'll Do

• Set strategy and vision for the IOX group
• Lead design and development of IOX products and platform
• Manage Agile development processes across teams
• Coach and mentor direct reports via performance management

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in embedded software design and development
• 2+ years managing and developing teams
• Experience with Agile project methods
• Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
