Description

You will lead requirements gathering and process design for federal agency clients, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex mission requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will drive process improvement, support solution development, and ensure compliance with federal standards.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent.
• 5+ years professional experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years working with ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, document, and translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend automation or optimization opportunities within ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• Assist in configuration, customization, dashboards, and reporting to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and execute test plans, verify configurations, and ensure ServiceNow solutions perform as intended.
• Maintain clear, comprehensive process maps, user stories, and technical documentation.
