💼 About This Role

You'll join Plaid's Sales team to bring better financial technology to a broad set of businesses. You'll generate new deals and build long-lasting relationships with companies across fintech, utilities, and more. This role offers the chance to drive adoption of Plaid's network covering 12,000 financial institutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify use cases and prospect high-growth companies (~100+ employees).
  • Develop a book of engaged prospects and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Lead technical sales motion guiding engineers, product, and growth teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to support consultative sales.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying technical sales experience in new-net hunting.
  • A strong track record of over-performance.
  • Experience building and executing territory plans.
  • Proficiency in technical products and APIs.
