🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls on a 10-line switchboard.
• Route calls to golf reservations, lodging, or dining.
• Provide resort information to callers.
• Support Reservations team during busy periods.

📋 Requirements

• Natural phone presence with clear, warm tone.
• 1 year of customer service or phone-based role.
• Comfortable with computers and typing ~40 wpm.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
