Description

As an HVAC Service Technician at Josko LLC, you will maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems in multi-family residential properties, ensuring optimal performance and resident comfort. You'll diagnose issues, replace components, and collaborate with property managers to minimize disruption.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred
• Minimum 4 years HVAC service technician experience, preferably multi-family residential
• Strong knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and installation techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; EPA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and repair HVAC systems in multi-family residential properties
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend repairs or replacements
• Repair and replace HVAC components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and coils
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate service records
• Collaborate with property managers to coordinate service schedules
