You'll join a sales team focusing on growing business with existing customers and developing new business. You'll handle applications engineering, sales support, and field service work. This role offers extensive training and mentorship in the commercial HVAC industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide application engineering and design support for ventilation applications
• Work directly with engineers, contractors, and end users
• Conduct inside sales support, quotes, and submittals
• Perform job site visits and hands-on troubleshooting

📋 Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience in engineering or sales
• 4-year engineering degree (likely mechanical or related)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
• Willingness to travel to job sites and customer meetings

• Experience with HVAC or ventilation systems
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment
• Professional Engineering license (or pursuing)
