💼 About This Role

You'll lead forecasting and budgeting for a portfolio of government contracts, partnering with the CFO to drive mission-driven financial strategy. You'll oversee pricing strategy and project financial management, supporting federal and state health agencies. This role combines deep government contracting expertise with a passion for using financial insights to improve health outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead recurring forecasts, EAC updates, and financial planning activities across government contracts.
• Oversee pricing support, including review of pricing models and cost volumes for proposals.
• Utilize Deltek Costpoint to maintain accurate plans and improve reporting integrity.
• Coach and develop a Financial Analyst to ensure quality and cross-functional collaboration.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in government contract finance and pricing.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint is required.
• Working knowledge of government contracting principles including indirect rates and allowability.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting healthcare-focused government contracts (CMS, HHS, CDC, NIH).
• Knowledge of FAR Part 31 or 2 CFR 200.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
