You'll build and execute growth plans for regional SIs and boutiques, acting as a strategic bridge between go-to-market teams and partners. You'll drive co-sell orchestration and pipeline generation to make partner engagement a predictable part of how we sell. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and execute growth plans for segment-aligned partners mapped to target accounts.
  • Maintain a real-time partner matrix for optimal deal insertion.
  • Drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline through joint prospecting.
  • Run pipeline reviews with AEs and advise on deal strategy.
  • Translate product updates into segment-specific value propositions for partners.

📋 Requirements

  • 5-8 years in Alliances, Channel Sales, or Partnerships in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of contributing to a partner-sourced/influenced pipeline or bookings target.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B sales segments (SMB, Mid-market, or Enterprise).
  • Deep understanding of deal mechanics, qualification, and forecasting.

  • Experience in Sales Performance Management or adjacent GTM tech.
  • Experience scaling an early-stage partner motion with repeatable co-sell plays or deal registration.
