You'll drive net-new pipeline for the Strategic Growth Team at Compass, partnering with agents to identify prospective agents. This fully on-site role in Beverly Hills is a direct path to becoming a Strategic Growth Manager through a formal SGP-to-SGM training program.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts
- Outreach to prospective agents via cold-calls, text, email, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Document all activities in CRM maintaining flawless data management
- Work with Strategic Growth Managers to develop prospecting strategies
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in SDR, sales, or account management
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and independent problem solving
- Excellent communication skills for client meetings and presentations
